Black Tie & Lingerie Ball
December 31, 2010
Litchfield, Ct.
As David Hudson Burnham declared one hundred
years ago, “Make no little plans; they have no magic
to stir man’s blood,” and so George has set out to
fashion another erotic masterpiece fit for the gilded
age.
Past iron gates, through stone arches, gentlemen
wearing tuxedos escorted stunningly beautiful
women in shimmering gowns into what is certain to
be the most memorable party of everyone’s holiday
circuit.
An homage to the robber barons a century past, this
year’s white glove event took place in another of
regions great manor homes.
Entertainment for the evening included performances
by Grammy Award winner Maya Azucena who is
known for her soaring, soulful vocals. No vocalist
was ever better equipped to compress a century of
great American music into one evening without ever
compromising a single note.
The Black Tie & Lingerie Ball was, once again, the
lifestyle’s most opulent New Years Eve celebration.

Dear George
We had a great time last night at the Lingerie and Black Tie New Year's Ball!
We were nervous first-timers to this group but found friends easy to make and had a great time dancing the night away. Our only regret
was not getting to meet you in person and thank you for your efforts.
Please let us know about future events.

George,
Thank you, for the Best New Years Eve Party we have ever been to!
It was truly an amazing experience! I cannot believe the extent of your efforts to create such an event. My wife an I were in awe, the
location, the food and especially the crowd...incredible.
It was a pleasure to meet you and your friends. We felt as though we were a part of the party, from the minute we walked through the
illustrious foyer until we jumped in our limousine to go home. We would love to be thought of for future events.
Thank you again and Happy New Year!

Hi George,
This is Heather and Karl. We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our first foray into the lifestyle on New Years. The
gathering meet all of our expectations. We met many great couples, the food was excellent, the venue was perfect, the music sultry, and
the people were gorgeous. While we decided not to participate in all the fun after midnight this time, we're already looking forward to your
next party in the New York area. I think with one party under our belt, we'll be much better prepared for all the fun.
Thanks again.

Hi George,
We wanted to thank you again for architecting a great start to our year. We look forward to your parties with mouth watering excitement
and we will definitely be at your next.
We had a pretty hot connection with M (probably misspelled) at the party, but never got her contact info. It would be great if you could
pass us her info so we can see her again when she's in the NY city.
Hope you guys had a great decompression party, we definitely needed one and wish we could have been there.
All the best in 2011.

Dear George,
New Years Eve was our third George party in six months, and we are forever grateful.
It is hard to explain what a positive impact you and your circle of friends have had on our lives. For as long as we have been together, the
conversations, sensations and experiences “knowing George” has afforded us since meeting you are truly remarkable.
Not to repeat what everyone else has said time and time again, but your attention to detail is unmatched and world-class. I do want to
remark on a few of the most overlooked parts of the evening though…
To begin, having the limousines pick everyone up was both thoughtful and wise. I am sure the logistics were challenging, but the effort
much appreciated. As we drove past those giant gates, the limo slowed and everyone in the car fell silent as we got our first glimpse at
the half mile of torches reflecting of the snow and the mansion on the hill ahead of us. Wow! You certainly know how to set the scene!
When you had made the reference to ‘French champagne’ we were hardly expecting to walk in and see magnums of Veuve Clicquot on
ice, let alone so many cases of champagne! I guess I should also thank your special friend that was generous enough to send you that
amazing 3-ft tall bottle of Gosset. I don’t know how big it was, but we did our part to make sure none of it went to waste. It was all
wonderful!
We also had a chance to speak briefly with Chef Amy. Imagine how surprised we were to discover the tantalizing dishes in front of us
included Pheasant, Goose, Venison, Boar, Shrimp, Oysters and Prime Rib all prepared with 100-yr old recipes. After weeks of dieting to
fit into her gown J really enjoyed the glasses of lobster mashed potatoes. She wants the recipe.
As always, the guests were all lovely and fabulous and, you are correct, it is so much fun to see people from other parts of the country that
we have met at some of the previous parties in Texas. Picking up, and catching up with our new friends was the perfect way to celebrate
the New Year. Dressing for your events is certainly something we enjoy and another reason why other’s parties just don’t hold any
interest for us anymore.
We also want to compliment you on your selection for the entertainment. Maya, was so great! We had a chance to speak during one of
her breaks, and found her to be incredible sweet and gifted. We want to give our vote that you hire her and that band again.
Again, all we can say is thank you for adding so much to our year and our lives.
Your Friends,
S and J

I wanted to thank you for hosting a fabulous party and being a fab host yourself. I was a bit preoccupied with getting

Hello George!!!
Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at the Ball!
We did not realize who you were until the end of the night. That was the question of the evening...who IS George? and Anne also. Is she
the stunning woman in the black and white dress wearing the head-dress? I had my eye on her for much of the night!
We would love to attend a future party! Thank you and it was great to meet you!!

George,
C. and I want to thank you very much for inviting us to your wonderful party at the mansion in Litchfield.
We enjoyed dressing up in the 1910 theme and looking at all of the other couples who also seemed to be enjoying the theme. The
couples were very attractive and friendly which was not surprising since we had heard so much about your great gatherings.
I am pleased that we met at the end of the evening just to say hello. I know how busy you were throughout the evening trying to keep
everyone comfortable and entertained.
We will look forward to hearing about your next party and would love to attend.
Regards,
B and C

Happy 2011
Dear George and Anne:
It is now a full week into the New Year and it has taken us this long to pull ourselves slightly out of the Robber Barron Holiday mindset
you cast upon us at the Litchfield Mansion on NYE 2011. We write this understated thank you note while still clinging to that constitution
which has set the tone for our entire year to come. The joy, the fun, the laughter, the friends new and old, and the happiness provided by
you, our gracious hosts, can not be over stated! As many fun times we have had in our lives, this Robber Barron Holiday was truly an
example of how joy and happiness have no bounds, no limits, and is capable of endless reciprocity.
Thank you for being such gracious hosts. Your tireless efforts to prepare every detail of the weekend and to attend to every guest
individually garnered a celebration often reserved for gatherings of long-time friends; but on this evening, many people who just met for
the first time that night, got to enjoy this type of magical, special celebration. Thank you.
Graciously yours,
J and J

George,
We had a fabulous time!
A few thoughts for you....we loved the calling cards-great idea we will pass along at other parties. One thing we felt could have been
better was a second bar sited perhaps upstairs near the sitting area...lots of couples toured and congregated for private talks and would
have helped the overflow downstairs--at least until Midnight....our only other suggestion would be to have a "parker" present to direct
traffic while everyone was arriving...
Otherwise a great evening and we look forward to our next "George" event.

Although it was a little chilly, it was still a wonderful night. We met a fabulous couple, Bob and Carol, and not only had a great night, but

Good Morning George,
Thanks for asking! Your team was great and we do want to say a special hello to Genève, we very much enjoyed meeting her and hope
our paths cross again soon.
This was our first black tie event and we loved getting dressed up and seeing everyone else looking so amazing. Jackie embraced the
switch to lingerie before midnight - what a great idea! Thank you for the open door policy, it led to a couple of amazing zipless
experiences! Your guests were an amazing feast and of course one cannot sample from every tantalizing dish at such a large event. We
certainly plan to see a number of your guests again.
Thank you and best regards,

Hello George,
Indeed, lots of work was waiting for us in the new year, especially since we had spent 12 days in Austria prior to NYE! Unbelievable that
the first two weeks of 2011 are already over! But the memories of our NYE party are still fresh... it was a truly amazing experience!
We've been to a few 'lifestyle' parties in NYC and have been disappointed without exception! So we tried to attend your party without high
expectations ...only to be all the more pleasantly surprised once we passed the estate's gate! Driving up to the impressive manor on a
torch-lid road reminded us of "Eyes wide shut" and gave me goosebumps! :)
Interesting people beautifully dressed up chatting & sipping champagne, the interior fitting perfectly, beautiful live music, a buffet that
was truly delicious (the small pieces of fillet in one of the bowls might have just been the best meat I've ever tasted!) - and the vision that
all these people would eventually get undressed made these hours utterly enjoyable!
If we had to find one thing to criticize, than that we didn't see too many people in the crowd that we both found sexually truly attractive,
sorry if that sounds cooky! Then again, it doesn't need 30-40 people that look great naked (in our eyes) to have intimate fun, but only 3 or
4, and we connected with them! ;) We actually got to know your black friend M a bit more intimately!
Speaking of, she mentioned she will be in NYC at some point soon for a modeling photo shoot. She sounded interested to possibly
hook up with us when she's in the city, maybe for dinner, and dessert at our place? She said we could connect with her trough you! And
by the way, I (R.) am a photographer myself and would love to see M through my camera (hmmm, maybe together with D... ;) )
So much for now, thanks again for a very memorable NYE experience, it won't have been the last time!
All the best for the new year!
