Return to Sydam Hall...
It seems our benefactor erred when he announced
what was to be his last party.  With countless
requests from his fellow classmates George
agreed to reopen the doors and welcome all his
friends for another Back to School Weekend.

More than 80 years after Sydam Hall was
established to provide for the education of young
women on Friday, September 8th the new school
year started with a reception and Sorority Party for
all the sexy students.  As this was for the entire
sorority, only women were permitted to attend.

On Saturday, September 9th there was a special
Co-Ed Mixer to which the women of Sydam Hall
then invited their gentlemen escorts.

Here are some of their comments...

We really had a great time at the back to school gathering.

Before we knew it the party was over. So many hot people, so little time.

Thanks Again,

J. & C.

Thanks for having the Back to School party George and Ann, and thanks for including us.

I had a ball, met some really special people and hopefully will be back again!

Fantastic people as well as the absolute best of party hosts. Their events, and their personal company, are truly
enjoyable gems of the lifestyle.

Thanks, guys!

Hey Ann,

It's amazing what can happen in a year. Last fall when I just joined AFF you sent me an invite to one of George's
parties and suggested I go to the website. I did and was more than curious....but still a bit too shy. I remember
wishing I knew someone I could go with. Now a year later and three of George's parties (as well as others....ssshhh )
later I have to wonder what happened to that shy and nervous woman I once was....feels like a lifetime ago

We had a blast at the party and hope there will be another.

Take care,

M.

George & Ann,

We would like to thank you for inviting us to the Back To School party. It was very memorable! We would just like to
tell you that the changes that you made were appreciated. This party was much more like the New Years Eve party,
which was very social, elegant and sexually charged. We appreciate ALL of the hard work you have, and continue,
to put into making your parties so much more than what anyone could ever expect. Thank you so much.

We would also like to wish George a Happy belated birthday.(K.'s was on Monday)

Hopefully we will hear from you soon.

Enjoy life,
T. & K.

Hi George -

As always, your party last weekend was great - we enjoyed  it very much and met some great new people, and
reconnected with some old friends - J. has not stopped raving about the dinner Friday night.  We enjoyed your
format and what seemed like a smaller more cozy crowd and really do look forward to your next event.  If there is
every anything we can do to assist you just let us know.

R. & J.

Dear George and Ann,

Thank you for inviting us, we had a blast!!  I could not have a bigger smile that lasted all night long and I wore my
sash all night (as much as I could... LOL).  I loved it!  I felt like a queen of the party thanks to you, Ann and S.  We felt
it was a much more fun and intriguing party due to the fact that the crowd was smaller and we knew more of the
people.  Thanks again and we hope you plan to have another party!  Oh by the way, what company did you get the
dancing pole from? It was a nice sturdy pole and I loved playing on it.

Regards,
J. & L.

Dear George & Ann

We just wanted to say a sincere "thank you" for inviting us to the party.  Needless to say, it was amazing and we
would be thrilled to attend any future events.

Hopefully, we'll see you guys around sometime as well.

Sincerely,

A. & G.

Hi George,

As this was our first party, I can say that J. and I were a little apprehensive prior to walking through the door.  Not to
the metaphorical extent of "I think they eat their young," but a social event of people of varying backgrounds and
interests in a common environment...  It's the first day at a new school, and what if nobody likes me?

What we learned is that you have wonderful, pleasant friends who made us feel immediately welcome and at ease.
We were given a guided tour of your breathtaking home, complete with its rich history and some other "delicate"
details, were led to the main rooms with food, music, and spirits, and immediately met friendly folks.  While we
came with friends, that was not a prerequisite...  we made our own very quickly.

Once the character of the evening became more intimate, we found that we were openly invited to watch others, and
enjoyed being watched once we found our place to roost.  There was no pressure from anyone, no drama to be had
anywhere, and not a sad face in the house.

We took our leave with a farewell from many new friends, and my wife and I went home to relive our "sensory
overload" together.  We are much richer for the experience, and we are happy to include Ann and yourself to our list
of new friends we made at school that night.

We look forward to seeing both of you at your next event, and again...

Thanks for having us,

J. & K.

Dear George,

We would like to personally thank you for the invitation to the "mixer" on 9th. It was not the first of our parties, but it
was the first one of your parties. I have to say, the complete experience was incredible!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and cannot wait to see if there is another party in the future!

Sincerely,

B.& J.

Hi George and Ann.

You beat us to the thank you punch as we did notice something was a little different/better about your party formula.

As always, many thanks for sharing your evening with us.

Kind Regards,

C. & J.

Nice hosts.

G&A host swing parties in probably the most interesting location you will ever see.

The atmosphere is proper, enjoyable and exhausting. Excellent food. Superior guests.

Thank you. :)

Dear George and Ann,

A most profound thank you for the invitation for this party.  As I have mentioned, it was a first for me, and I was a bit
anxious.  However, the atmosphere was very friendly, and the people were welcoming.

Please accept my gratitude for this opportunity to attend, and I wish you the best for such future social events.

L.

Hi George,

Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality as usual.  My only disappointment was that I didn't feel well :-(
Especially since E. and I were looking forward to getting to know you and Ann much better.

Lets try to get together soon.  We're kind of busy for the next few weekends (E.'s away next weekend), but sometime
after that should work.

Warm regards,
K. & E.
